Who We Are ?

Muzawie Charity Foundation was founded by the Director (Bakshi Muhammad). He was inspired by a vision of transforming the lives of the vulnerable citizens of Uganda into a self-sustaining and personal development mode. This was also hopped to give them (Vulnerable) a brighter tomorrow. He has always tried to help the vulnerable at his convenience till when he sought out for better ways of giving help to the vulnerable as an organization. The organization members share common characteristics and values which include; team work, passion for supporting the needy, educational background. The founders also have a good connection within and the diaspora among others.

  • a) To provide accessibility to increase service delivery on health, HIV/AIDS, nutritional environment and clean water.
  • b) To promote modern technologies amongst members of the foundation through provisions of improved inputs and reduce voices that affect their welfare of the community
  • c) To promote education both formal and informal for reducing illiteracy of women, youth, orphans and other vulnerable children (OVCS) and other marginalized people through strengthening religious morals
  • d) To create awareness on development issues i.e poultry, cultural activities, brick laying, diary, savings, environmental protections, crafts and carpentry.
  • e) To develop and empower the members with skills as a formidable workforce for self-reliance and sustainable development.
  • g) To improve institutional capacity of the capacity for sustainable development and promote fundraising systems, charitable programs, relief and rehabilitation in areas affected by disasters

    Contact us for your Kurban and other Donations

    We offer Iftar during Ramadhan for the Fasting Muslims, Collect and distribute Zakatul Fitr and organize Iddi celebrations for the orphans. We also do Kurban activities during Dhulhajji for the communities that are needy. All these are done with great passion.

    Our Service
    • Orphans . We give various support to orphans in terms of school fees, scholastic materials, career guidance, feeding, accommodation provision, economic support to their guardians whenever the foundation can and constant medical checkups to keep them healthy.
    Widows
    • Widows: We support the widows financially by providing them with economic support, hands on skills training and formation SACCOs for them.
    Community Support
    • Community: We do construct boreholes, mosques for communities to have better places of worship and clean water at all the times since the area we are dealing in has the water issues since then.
    Elderly
    • Elderly: We also give support to the elderly in terms of monthly food, clothes and some financial support whenever the Foundation is in position.
    Affected by Calamities
    • Affected by Calamities: We also extend our help to the people who have hit by various calamities in Uganda like Floods, Mud slides, Hunger, Wild Fires among others.
