MUZAWIE CHARITY FOUNDATION was founded by the Director (Muhammad Baksh and Zawedde Jenifer). They were inspired by a vision of transforming the lives of the vulnerable citizens of Uganda into a self-sustaining and personal development mode. This was also hopped to give them (Vulnerable) a brighter tomorrow. They have always tried to help the vulnerable at their convenience till when he sought out for better ways of giving help to the vulnerable as an organization.

MUZAWIE CHARITY FOUNDATION is being managed and led by Muhammad Bakshi. He has love and passion for supporting the vulnerable people in and around Eastern Uganda. He has helped very many vulnerable people since time memorial till of late when he and the team decided to form the MUZAWIE CHARITY FOUNDATION.

Through a combination of solid experience, strong and good network and relations, the executive members will be able to turn the future the future of the vulnerable people from current poor and worse status to better and sustainable status.

We offer a wide range of services for Students like;

    A) School Construction

We do construct schools for the vulnerable orphans within the Eastern. We ensure that the schools are built to the standards set by the Ministry of Education, Sports and Science of Uganda.

    B) Mosque Construction

We also do mosque construction in places that don’t have, renovate the old mosques into new ones, construct mosques on land that has been donated to us by the community

    C) Dawaah Activities

Various dawah activities ranging from seminars, khalaqas, darasas and Women seminars are done periodically by the Organization in various places in and around Eastern. We also train sheikhs into good public figures who can communicate issues so that they can be well understood by the community.

    D) Aqiiqa and General SAcrifies

We do Aqiiqa for the orphans within our jurisdiction and at our centers regionally. Here we slaughter for them goats and take them through various activities that clears the tears of lack of parents.

    E) Water and Sanitation

We do ensure that the community has clean water by constructing boreholes for them, spring wells and water reservoirs for keeping water.

    F) Orphan Care

Orphan care is our passionate activity. Here we provide food, accommodation, clothing, scholastic materials and other basic needs for them.

    G) Ramadan Iftar Packages

We offer Iftar during Ramadhan for the Fasting Muslims, Collect and distribute Zakatul Fitr and organize Iddi celebrations for the orphans.

    H) Kurban Activities

We also do Kurban activities during Dhulhajji for the communities that are needy. All these are done with great passion.
Our Target Groups;
Orphans: We give various support to orphans in terms of school fees, scholastic materials, career guidance, feeding, accommodation provision, economic support to their guardians whenever the foundation can and constant medical checkups to keep them healthy.
Elderly: We also give support to the elderly in terms of monthly food, clothes and some financial support whenever the Foundation is in position..
Community: We do construct boreholes, mosques for communities to have better places of worship and clean water at all the times since the area we are dealing in has the water issues since then.
Widows: We support the widows financially by providing them with economic support, hands on skills training and formation SACCOs for them.
Affected by Calamities: We also extend our help to the people who have hit by various calamities in Uganda like Floods, Mud slides, Hunger, Wild Fires among others.
Office and Assets: MUZAWIE CHARITY FOUNDATION has office structure in Doko Nsambya, Mbale City that is fully furnished to handle correspondences and proper management of the resources of the foundation. We have a full-time office administrator who makes follow ups on the ongoing projects, checks on the status of the vulnerable and handles issues as they come with clear focus and knowledge.
